• Individuals aged 21 years or younger must provide verified written consent from a parent or legal guardian along with supporting identification.

To provide secure, government-compliant precious metal buying and pledged gold release services, Aghni Gold collects the following categories of information:

We do not collect sensitive biometrics (like fingerprints or iris scans) or financial passwords. All financial transfers are processed via RBI-authorized banking channels (IMPS / NEFT / RTGS / UPI).

Aghni Gold processes customer personal and transaction data strictly for lawful and transparent business purposes:

• KYC & Regulatory Compliance: Fulfilling statutory obligations governed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), and Income Tax Department rules.
• Accurate Valuation & Settlement: Documenting the exact purity, net weight, live market gold rate, and disbursement amount in official customer invoices.
• Pledged Gold Release Facilitation: Coordinating with third-party lending institutions, cooperative banks, or NBFCs to clear pending gold loan dues on your explicit authorization.

When you engage Aghni Gold to assist in releasing pledged gold from financial institutions or pawn brokers:

• Your loan account details, outstanding principal balance, and interest statements are treated with strict confidentiality.
• Aghni Gold representatives will only interact with the lending institution based on your signed authorization letter and in your physical presence.
• Loan settlement receipts and clearance certificates received from the bank are handed over directly to you with copies archived for audit.

We implement robust technical, administrative, and physical security measures to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or disclosure:

• Digital Encryption: Customer records, valuation logs, and digital invoices stored on our secure internal servers are protected with AES-256 bit encryption and SSL/TLS encrypted transfer protocols.
• Role-Based Access Control: Access to customer KYC and financial documents is restricted exclusively to authorized senior compliance and branch auditing officers.
